Do you rush through your tasks?
Do you notice your breath?
Time is so valuable.
When you CHOOSE yourself you actually VALUE your time and in return make yourself a priority.
I choose to time block and schedule my days in advance to create more ease in my life. I feel prepared for my tasks and I feel nourished by my intentional self-care time.
I feel it is so important to allow space to recharge in between all the doing of the day. It can be a 5 minute break or an hour depending on what is required of me.
I encourage scheduling self-care as much as scheduling meetings.
