The Power of Habit

Our daily life consists of small habits. These are regular tendencies or practices, conscious or unconscious, that shape who we are. 

These habits also shape who we become. They are a reflection of our inner world. 

Habits allow us to create safety from the inside out.

When I create safety I can create love, calm and peace in my environment giving me access to my priorities. 

When I am clear about my priorities, I am able to resource and put habits into place to support what is needed.
