In a world that praises productivity and DOING, how does it feel to BE?

To BE feels light, it feels like freedom.

This feeling of BEing clear can take place anytime, anywhere. ESPECIALLY in the midst of commitments, obligations, or pressure.

How do you access this space of BEing?

It's quite simple really, it all starts in the present moment.

I close my eyes, unlatch my jaw, and focus on an inhale and a long exhale. As I inhale, I notice the breath expanding into my belly. As I exhale, I notice how the breath softens. Taking extra special care to BEing present with each single breath as it changes. Observing how each inhale turns into an exhale. I allow the breath to circulate my body into a gentle state of calm and BEing.

I am immediately transported to full presence and a new state of BEing where I have access to all of my power.
