Taking a little time for yourself refreshes and re-energizes you. It allows you to think more clearly and make better decisions. Taking “me” time also builds your self-esteem over time, as you come to realize that you are important and deserve to have a little time to yourself.


Simple ways to make yourself a priority:

Create a daily ritual.

Schedule your needs first. 

Say “yes” to yourself.

Identify your time wasters.

Adjust your expectations.

Strike at least one thing off your todo list.

Say no to someone or something. 

(Saying no is actually saying yes, to your priorities!)
