Simple steps to stay hydrated during this winter holiday season!


As the weather outside changes, so should our skincare routine. Cold and dry air can leave skin itchy, red, and irritated. In addition, hydration is key this time of year. Our skin is our largest and last organ to get the water we are drinking.


Below are two of my simple tips to combat dry winter skin and help retain your skin's natural moisture.


1. Drink Water:  Make sure you drink plenty of clean water during this winter season!

Our skin needs hydration from the inside, so clean water is essential.! This time of year, you may have a tendency to indulge in caffeinated beverages, alcohol, and other party favorites that you don’t normally drink, and these treats can leave you feeling dehydrated. Drinking clean water nourishes your body and makes your skin feel soft, supple, and healthy. The best thing is to start each morning with warm water and freshly squeezed lemon juice. 2. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Love the skin you’re in.
