Self-Care Sunday Anyone?!?
I dedicate Sunday evening to self-care because this intentional time sets me up for success in my week ahead. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… my morning routine actually begins the night before! Preparing for restful sleep allows me to wake up energized and ready to take on the day.
Here are a few ways I like to unwind and pamper myself.
A cup of comfort:
